Scanteam is an independent consultancy milieu, specialising in developing and conflict-affected countries and transitional economies.

We offer analysis and advice on development assistance strategies, programming and projects through independent appraisals, reviews, evaluations and studies. Our core competency is  knowledge and application of "good practice" methodologies.
