Providing Required Skills

Scanteam is a small firm with a wide portfolio and network. We therefore have entered into three forms of partnerships that help ensure that we can always deliver the quality services that are being requested:

• Agreements in Norway with leading consulting firms, public institutions and the University of Science and Technology gives us access to well over 1,000 senior professionals;
• Contractual agreements with organisations and firms based in ten Central European countries enables us to offer comprehensive appraisal and monitoring services throughout the region;
• Networks throughout Africa, Asia and Latin America complement our own skills when specialised country knowledge is needed.

Framework Agreements

Our partnerships enabled Scanteam to win a number of  Framework Agreements with Norad, Norway's Development Fund, and the Financial Mechanism Office (FMO) in Brussels, in the areas of:

• Good Governance;
• Infrastructure, Energy and Environmental Development;
• Private Sector Development;
• Monitoring in Central Europe;
• Norway's "Oil for Development" program.

These Framework Agreements facilitate the contracting of Scanteam's advisory services, but they also represent a “seal of approval” by the framework owners that we have the skills and experience necessary for helping them improve the quality of their work.
